We ship your order on workdays within 48 hours and if possible on the next working day. If we can not send your item in time, we will let you know by email within 48 hours from the time you placed your order.

Delivery in the Netherlands
We ship via PostNL and DHL and ask for a contribution to the shipping costs. The contribution for shipping in the Netherlands is € 3,49
Delivery abroad
It is possible to order from a number of countries other than the Netherlands. This can be done via the check out. If your country is not listed, you can contact us at kawaiikei@outlook.com to see if shipment is possible to your country.
