What you need to know about our fabrics?

Fabrics can be returned under certain conditions. Fabrics with weaving and / or printing errors may be returned unless we have stated this with the fabric on the site.

Always wash fabrics before you start processing them. Wash the fabrics preferably on the hand but in the machine, not above 30 degrees. Do not put them in the dryer.

1 fabric unit is 50 cm / 0.54 yards. If you need 1 meter of fabric or more, please input the total units and we will send you the fabric in one piece. 
So 1 unit is 0,5 m, 2 units are 1 m, 3 units is 1,5 m, etc.

Our fabrics are not suitable for making nightwear for children.

Despite the fact that our photos are made by a professional photographer, it can happen that material looks a bit different in real life. These deviations in color and/or structure are no reason for complaint or return.

Also, keep in mind that if your fabric is backordered the next shipment may differ in terms of color and/or structure. You can always email us to ask if we can still supply the same fabric.

Samples?

We do not provide samples of the fabric because we can often only purchase a limited amount of fabric. Then we don't want to cut any of it up for samples. If it concerns a fabric that we often purchase and you want to purchase a lot of it, we sometimes want to make an exception.

Satisfied?

Are you satisfied with our products and service then we like it very much if you let us know via our Facebook page or via google. We appreciate this very much and want to thank you for your effort.

Right of Withdrawal?

After purchasing products the consumer has the possibility to disband the agreement without giving reasons for 14 days. The cooling-off period starts on the day after the consumer receives the product or a pre-designated representative by the consumer made known to the entrepreneur.

During the cooling-off period, the consumer shall treat the product and the package carefully. He shall unpack or use the product only to that extent to as far as it is necessary to judge if he wishes to keep the product. If he does want to execute the right of withdrawal, he shall return the product with all accessories and -if reasonably possible- in the original conditioning and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the provided reasonable and clear instructions of the entrepreneur.

In case of wanting to return the product please send us an email you want to return the product. Or let us know through your Kawaii Kei account The cost of sending the package back will be on your behalf. Returns on fabric are not accepted because it's cut to order.


Packaging

Our packaging is as compact as possible so that we use as little filling material as possible. Also, our packaging is firm because we think it is important that the item you ordered arrives without damage. For these reasons and because of the costs, we have chosen not to offer gift packaging.


Shipment cost?

We ship via PostNL and DHL. Shipping in the Netherlands is for fabrics € 5,95, and for jewelry € 2,95.

Delivery abroad

It is possible to order from a number of countries other than the Netherlands. This can be done via checkout. If your country is not listed, you cannot order from us because we do not ship to your country.

Due to the high worldwide shipping costs and packages which often do not arrive at their destination, we have decided to no longer deliver outside of Europe.
