Hindelopia Fabrics

The Hindelopia fabrics are designed by Harmen W. Glashouwer. His designs are inspired by chintz (chintz) fabrics that are widely used in Hindelooper clothing and interiors. These fabrics were brought from India to the Netherlands in the 17th century. On a map from that time the name of Hindeloopen was written as Hindelopia.
